Easy Christmas Cookie Recipe

1 large egg yolk
colored sprinkles
1 cup margarine
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sugar


Cream margarine, sugar,cream cheese, flour and egg .
Mix well and add vanilla.
Shape into long rolls.
Refrigerate a few hours. Slice and dip in colored sugar sprinkles.
Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
Can be used with a cookie press.



Easy Mix Cookies

6 tablespoon butter, softened
1/4 cup water
1 18-ounce package desired flavor cake mix
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg, well beaten
3/4 cup sifted flour

Dissolve soda in water in a large bowl.
Stir in egg and butter.
Add package of cake mix and stir until moistened.
Add flour and mix well with your hands.
Shape into small balls and bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350° about 12-13 minutes.



Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies

1/2-1 cup softened butter
2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 bag chocolate chips

Mix brown sugar, butter, vanilla together and eggs.
Add flour (1 cup at a time) to mixture.
Next add baking powder and chocolate chips.
Bake in oven at 350° for about 17-20 minutes.



Pineapple Cookies Recipe

1 c. Crisco
1 t. baking soda
sugar (for sprinkling)
1 t. salt
1 c. crushed pineapple
3-1/2 c. flour
1 t. vanilla
1-1/2 c. sugar
cinnamon (for sprinkling)
2 eggs

Beat together salt, sugar, Crisco, eggs, and vanilla,.
Stir in flour, baking soda and pineapple.
Drop by teaspoonful onto sheet and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 12-15 minutes.



Quick M&M Cookies

3/4 lb M&M's (not with nuts)
1 cup shortening
2 large eggs
2 tsps vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups flour (sifted)
1/2 cup granulated sugar

Cream sugars and shortening.
Beat in vanilla and eggs.
Add baking soda, salt and flour, mixing well.
Stir in M&M's.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheets.
Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
