No-Bake Christmas Cookies


No Bake Chocolate Cookie Recipe

250 ml milk
2 tbsps butter or margarine
500 ml sugar
125 ml desiccated coconut
75 ml cocoa
2 tsps vanilla essence
125 ml nuts, chopped
750 ml rolled oats
1 pinch salt

Simmer butter, cocoa, salt , milk, and sugar over a low heat until well blended, then add chopped nuts, vanilla, coconuts and rolled oats and remove from heat.
Beat mixture well until stiff, then drop in spoon-fuls onto greased baking sheet.
Leave until set.



Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies

6 tablespoons cocoa
3 cups oatmeal
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup butter (2 sticks)
3/4 cup peanut butter

Mix butter, milk, cocoa, and sugar in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
Boil for 1 minute; remove from heat.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Drop from a tsp onto waxed paper and let cool.



Quick No Bake Christmas Chocolate Cookies

1/2 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup milk
1/3 lb margarine
3 1/2 cups quick oats
2 2/3 cups sugar
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup cocoa

Mix first four ingredients.
Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla.
Stir until well blended.
Stir in oatmeal.
Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
Store in freezer.

1/2-3/4 cup melted margarine
2 cups sugar
3 tsps cocoa
1-2 tsp peanut butter
3 cups quick oats
1/3 cup milk

Boil peanut butter, sugar, pargarine, cocoa and milk for 1 minute.
Stir in oats and vanilla.
Drop by spoonfull onto waxed paper, that is covering a cookie sheet.
Store in freezer.



Easy Xmas No-Bake Chocolate Cookies

3 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
3 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup peanut butter

Combine butter, milk, cocoa and sugar in saucepan; bring to boil and boil for one minute.
Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
Stir until well blended. Drop onto waxed paper.
Place in refrigerator until cool and firm.
